ЛЕКЦІЇ ПРОЄКТУ COIL 2025

27 та 28 березня в рамках курсу проекту COIL «Сексуальне та гендерно зумовлене насильство під час конфлікту: розуміння цих злочинів та як гендерні упередження негативно впливають на їх розслідування та переслідування» відбулися лекції Christine Tremblay «Гендер у міжнародному кримінальному праві», присвячені значенню гендеру в міжнародному праві та визначенню гендерних упереджень і стереотипів. Студенти мали можливість обговорити імплементацію концепції гендеру в Римському статуті на організаційному та нормативному рівнях, а також вичерпний перелік сексуальних та гендерно-обумовлених злочинів.
Проект COIL «Сексуальне та гендерно-обумовлене насильство в умовах конфлікту: Розуміння цих злочинів і того, як гендерні упередження негативно впливають на їх розслідування та переслідування» реалізується The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) та Східноукраїнський національний університет імені Володимира Даля.
On 27 and 28 March, as part of the COIL project course ‘Sexual and gender-based violence during conflict: understanding those crimes and how gender biases negatively impact their investigation and prosecution’, lectures by Christine Tremblay ‘Gender in International Criminal Law’ on the meaning of gender in international law and the definition of gender bias and stereotypes. The students had the opportunity to discuss the implementation of the concept of gender in the Rome Statute at the organisational and normative levels, as well as the comprehensive list of sexual and gender-based crimes.
The COIL project ‘Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Conflict: Understanding these crimes and how gender bias negatively affects their investigation and prosecution’ is implemented by The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
